Welcome to Watch Me Grow. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).

1. User-Generated Content Rules

Our platform allows users to upload content, including but not limited to PDF and EPUB files. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the app based on your privacy settings.

2. Prohibited & Objectionable Content

There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. You are expressly prohibited from uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that:

• Infringes upon intellectual property rights or copyrights (e.g., pirated books).
• Contains explicit pornography, graphic sexual material, or erotica illustrations.
• Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or promotes hate speech/violence.
• Contains excessively gruesome, violent, or sadistic descriptions.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

To ensure a safe community, the administration employs active moderation.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to review, filter, and remove any user-uploaded content that violates this agreement within 24 hours of notification.

Account Termination

Any user who repeatedly violates these guidelines or attempts to upload illegal, copyrighted, or objectionable material will be permanently banned and have their account terminated immediately without warning.

4. Reporting & Blocking Mechanisms

The mobile application provides built-in tools for users to instantly report objectionable content and block abusive users. All reports are investigated by our administration team within 24 hours.
